This charming city hotel has a total of 30 rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service at this air-conditioned establishment. There is a hotel safe and breakfast room on the premises. For an additional fee, guests may order room service and those arriving by car may park their vehicles in the hotel's garage (fees apply). Guests can relax on the terrace with a glass of wine from the cellar and a book from the library. This is a book-crossing centre and in its well-stocked library one can find lots of art books, guides and novels. The bar offers organic products, rich wine and coffee assortments. The hotel has free Internet access and pays particular attention to the separation between smoking and non-smoking areas, especially with regard to the rooms. On the ground floor there are 4 very comfortable, differently-coloured rooms, decorated with antique or special furniture (the Superior rooms). The rooms have been renovated. A selection of books, records or special aromas is available on request and one suite has a hot tub. On the first floor there are 12 large standard rooms with private bathrooms with shower/bath and hairdryer, most of them facing a quiet courtyard. On the second floor there are another 18 rooms in the annexed hotel Marine, all with a bathroom. Each one is particular and different from one another and they are furnished with antique and vintage pieces. Rooms are fitted with double beds and come with a direct dial telephone, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set. Air conditioning and central heating are standard features in all accommodation.

Guests can enjoy their free time in the library, with books on art, guidebooks on Florence, Tuscany and Italy in general. The literature and fiction are in several languages so they are open to all guests, maybe with a good glass of wine as an accompaniment. Guests can also relax in one of the hotel's hot tubs.
